Nguyen Long Powdered jelly  (No.2): 11grs (1 packet).

Pure water: 1,5 liters – 2 liters.

Castor sugar (or sugar plum): 200grs – 250grs.

Fresh fruits (Optionally): Strawberry, grapefruit, kiwi, longan, lychee …

Way of Processing

Mingling: Mixing 10grs of Nguyen Long jelly powder with 200grs – 250grs sugar (upon taste) and mingling regularly (for avoiding to be dried up in dumps).

Boiling: Boiling 1 liter – 1,5 liters of water, for the mingled compound gradually into the boiling water and stirring regularly until the compound dissolving completely (about 5 – 10 minutes). “Optionally to put more color, smell”.

Molding: Putting the fresh fruit (Optionally): Strawberry, grapefruit, kiwi, longan, lychee.. in the mold and pouring the dissolved jelly compound in the mold.

Freezing: Putting the FROZEN FRUIT JELLY in the cool compartment of the Refrigerator, the best use after 01 hour.
